When registering with Bonker books on the website you will be required to enter certain details. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised.

If your billing address changes you must inform us immediately so that we can ensure the correct delivery of any orders placed with us. You can update your details through the website.

Bonker books must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods ordered before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been received we will send you an email of conformation and dispatch the purchased goods.

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the EU, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customer clearance must be borne by you, the customer. It is accepted my you that Bonker books has no control over additional charges in relation to customer clearance.

Delivery

Delivery of the goods, it is important that the address is accurate, we hold no responsibility for lost or mislaid goods if an address has changed and we haven’t been informed of it.


Returns and refunds

Items are non refundable unless damaged during delivery. Bonker books must be informed of damaged goods within 14 days of their receipt.  If goods have not been opened we will replace or refund the goods on the return of the damaged item and its packaging within the 14 day period. 

Disagreements

We will try and solve disagreements quickly efficiently and fairly. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreements and you want to take court proceedings this must be done in the United Kingdom and at your own costs.

Force majeure

Bonker books shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delays in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
